豊岡市畑上ライド「前編」 Toyooka, Hatagami Ride (Part 1)

今回はめがねカッパさん（MK)と一緒に兵庫県豊岡市でMTBライドをしました。この辺で初めてのライドでした。京都府京丹後市の久美浜駅からスタートして、峠を4つ超える40kmのライドでした。雰囲気が素晴らしい部分もあり、天然記念物もあり、絶景ポイントもあり、観光ポイントもいくつかがありました。一日が掛かりましたが満足です。素晴らしいコースでした。
This time Megane Kappa (MK) and I went for a MTB ride in Toyooka City, Hyogo Prefecture. It is the first time for us to go in this area. We started from Kumihama Station, Kyotango City, Kyoto Prefecture and rode over 4 passes totaling 40 km in all. The ride had sections with beautiful nature, a national natural monument, stunning view points, and several sight-seeing points. It took a whole day, but was a fantastic ride on a fantastic course.

三原峠を越えて Going over Mihara Pass.

兵庫県豊岡市に入って Entering Toyooka City, Hyogo Prefecture

この交差点で左を曲がって Turn left at this intersection.

村を通って川に沿って行きます。Pass through the village and then travel along the river.

重浪神社で林道に入ります。 Enter the forest road from Shikinami shrine.

2.7 km to the hiking track entrance for the giant Japanese horse-chestnut tree.

重浪神社で右を曲がって山に入ります。 Turn right at Shikinami Shrine and enter the mountains.

最初の部分の雰囲気がいいです。 The first part is through beautiful tranquil nature.

ビューティフル!!!

畑上の大トチノキに行くため、この辺で川を渡らないといけません。この標識の下に古い橋がありますが登山道がわかりにくいです。林道を50メートルに進んでダムの上流に車が駐車できるところがあります。その辺で川を渡って、綺麗な登山道があります。トチノキまでずっとロープがあるので分かりやすいです。
In order to go to the Hatagami gaint Japanese horse-chestnut tree, you have to cross over the river. Below this sign is an old bridge, but the path is a little difficult to find. There is a place you can park a car about 50 meters up the road just above the dam. It would probably be better to cross the river here and the track from this point is good. There is a rope all the way up to the giant Japanese horse-chestnut tree, so it is easy to find.

古い橋を使っても使わなくても川を渡ることができます。 You can cross the river whether you use the bridge or not.

この登山道がちょっと見つけにくいですがダムの上流に綺麗になります。 This track is a little difficult to find, but it becomes a nice track just up river from the dam.

駐車ができる場所 You can park here.

ダムの数メートル上流で川を渡った方がいいでしょう。　It's probably better to cross the river a few meters up stream from the dam.

このロープがずっと大トチノキまでにあります。 This rope leads all the way up to the giant Japanese horse-chestnut tree

きつい！！！ It's quite steep.

ここからロープがありませんがこの岩の上に大トチノキがあります。 There isn't a rope from here, but the giant tree is just above these rocks.

見えてきました。 Finally can see the tree.

National natural monument :::Root circumference: 13.5 meters - Trunk circumference: 7.2 meters - Height: 20 meters - Age: over 300 years ///// 樹高 20m, 樹齢 300年以上

MTBに戻ります。やばい！！！めちゃ疲れています。峠までまだまだです。We return to our MTBs. That hike drained most of my energy and the top of the mountain is still far off.

分岐に到着。ランチ・タイム Arrived at the branch in the road. Lunch time.

オレンジ矢印が今日のコースで赤い矢印の方面に行きません。 Today we are going in the direction of the orange arrows and not the red.
