久美浜湾と兜山 Kumihama Bay & Mt. Kabuto
今回、久美浜湾を一周して、探検しました。兜山と小天橋にも初めて行きました。久美浜駅の辺りから出発しました。（久美浜公園も良さそうです。無料駐車場があります。）早く兜山に登りたかったので、右回りに行きました。
This time I rode around Kumihama Bay and explored the area. It was also my first time to Mt. Kabuto and Shotenkyo. I started from the vicinity of Kumihama Station. (Kumihama Park also looks good as it has a free car park.) Because I wanted to climb Mt. Kabuto quickly, I went anti-clockwise.

久美浜公園から見た兜山。最初の目的地です。 Looking at Mt. Kabuto from Kumihama Park. It's my first destination.
 山頂まで登山道と道路がありますが、車はだめです。自転車で登ったので、道路を使いました。 There is a walking track and a road to the top. I used the road since I was riding up. |  森林の中を上るので、気持ちがいいです。 Since you climb up through the forest, it feels good. |

久美浜湾と小天橋 Kumihama Bay & Kyotenkyo ( sandbar )
小天橋と日本海 Shotenkyo ( sandbar ) and the Sea of Japan
 写真の真ん中にある山の山頂に大向展望台があります。あそこまでも登りました。水戸口を湊大橋でも渡りました。水戸口は日本海と久美浜湾をつなぐ水路です。別名は大向水路です。 Omukai Lookout is on top of that mountain in the middle of the photo. I climbed up there too. I also crossed Minato Ohashi Bridge over Mitoguchi. Mitoguchi is the canal that links Kumihama Bay with the Sea of Japan. Another name is Omukai Canal. |  カキ棚が多いです。久美浜湾がカキ栽培にいいです。 There are a lot of oyster rafts. Kumihama Bay is good for cultivating Oysters. |
 カヌーが見えます I can see canoes |  「丹後ジャージー牧場 ミルク工房そら」がすぐあそこです。そこのアイスクリームを食べたくなりました。しかし、今日は遠慮します。I can see 'Tango Jersey Milk Farm Sora' just down there. I feel like an ice-cream, but not today. |

 下山して、兜山の南の道路に入って、兜山公園に向かいました。気持ちのいい森林を通りました。 I go down the mountain and enter the road to the south heading for Mt. Kabuto Park, traveling through some nice forest. |  人喰岩 Man-eater Rock |

 Omukai Lookout |  廣峯神社。階段がきつい！道路があるので、それを上りました。 Hiromine Shrine. The stairs are steep. There is a road up, so I used that. |

 しかし、階段が多くて乗れません。 But there are lots of steps and I can't ride on it. |  しかし、海のビューを楽しみながら下ります。 However, I enjoy the sea views on the way down. |
 自然歩道が面白そう！ちょっと探検します。 |  The nature walk looks interesting! I decide to explore a little further. |
ここの海岸がいいですね。しかし、今日はここまでです。おなかがすいているし、十分の食べ物を持っていません。それとかなり獣くさいです。鹿の足跡が見えますが気に入ったのは下記にあります。また機会があれば、ここを探検したいです。 This coast is nice. But this is as far as I'll go today. I'm hungry and I don't have much food. Also it reeks of wild animals. I can see deer footprints. But you can see what is really on my mind just below this.
