徳島県(大歩危峡)　Tokushima Prefecture(Oboke Gorge)

4月に初めて徳島県に行ってきました。　In April, I went to Tokushima Prefecture for the first time.

瀬戸大橋 　The Great Seto Bridge (1,723 m long Minami Bisan-Seto Bridge).

瀬戸大橋は、全長13.1kmの連続した橋です。塩飽（しわく）諸島の5つの島の間に架かって、本州（岡山）と四国（香川）を結びます。上部に自動車、下部に電車が通る2層橋です。最長スパン1,100mは上の写真の通りで、ここの道路は海から93mの高さにあります。
​The Great Seto Bridge (Seto Ohashi Bridge) is a 13.1 km long series of bridges hoping across 5 of the Shiwaku Islands in the Inland Sea joining Honshu (Okayama) to Shikoku (Kagawa). It is a double deck bridge with cars on top and trains on the lower deck. The longest span of 1,100 meters is pictured above and the road here is 93 meters above the sea.

Tokushima ramen (mouthwatering good)

大歩危の「にし利」徳島ラーメン。めちゃ美味しかった。スープを全部飲んでしまいました。　Nishiri Tokushima ramen at Oboke. It was so good that I even drank all the soup. That egg was amazing too.

One of the famous foods of Tokushima is Tokushima ramen. In Oboke, there is a Tokushima ramen shop called Nishiri. I had a bowl of Tokushima ramen for the first time there. I enjoyed it so much that I ended up drinking all the soup too. Tokushima ramen usually has a raw egg in it, but this place had a boiled egg. I don't know what they did to it, but that egg was amazingly good. The other toppings are sliced pork, green onion, bean sprouts and menma (lacto-fermented bamboo shoots). The soup is made from pork bone broth and dark soy sauce. I'd definitely stop here again.
徳島ラーメンがご当地グルメとして有名です。大歩危には「にし利」という徳島ラーメンのお店があります。そこで徳島ラーメンを初めて食べました。あまりのおいしさに、スープまで飲み干してしまいました。徳島ラーメンは普通生卵が入っているのですが、この店ではゆで卵が入っていました。どのように調理したのかわかりませんが、その卵がすごい美味しかったです。他のトッピングは、チャーシュー、ネギ、メンマ、もやしです。豚骨スープに濃口醤油やたまり醤油で味付けされたスープです。また必ず立ち寄りたいお店です。

こいのぼりが泳いでいる時期でした。約100匹ある。 It was good timing to see the carp streamers swimming above the river. There are about 100 of them.

道の駅大歩危「ラピス大歩危」　Roadside Station Oboke (Lapis Oboke)

道の駅大歩危は大歩危峡観光遊覧船から550mです。Roadside Station Oboke is 550 meters up the road from Oboke Gorge Sightseeing Boat

妖怪屋敷と石の博物館の入口 TheYokai House and Stone Museum Entrance

道の駅大歩危に色んな妖怪が展示されています。妖怪屋敷と石の博物館もありますが、私は入場しませんでした。
There are various yokai monsters on display at Roadside Station Oboke. There is also a Yokai House and Stone Museum, but I didn't go in.

イノシカバーガー　Inoshika Burger (mixed wild boar and deer meat)

帰りにまた道の駅大歩危に寄って早めの夕食をとり、Cafe&ジビエで「いのシカバーガー」を食べてみました。このハンバーガーはとても美味しかった。野菜がたっぷり入っているだけでなく、味もとても新鮮でした。サルサもとても美味しかったです。食事と景色を楽しんでいる間、ウグイスはずっと鳴き続けていました。
I stopped at Roadside Station Oboke again on the way back for an early dinner and tried the 'inoshika burger' at Cafe & Jibie. The burger was very good. It contained not only a decent portion of veges, but they also tasted very fresh. The salsa was also very tasty. The warblers were singing nonstop while I was enjoying the food and scenery.
