徳島県(大歩危峡)　Tokushima Prefecture(Oboke Gorge)

4月に初めて徳島県に行ってきました。　In April, I went to Tokushima Prefecture for the first time.

瀬戸大橋 　The Great Seto Bridge (1,723 m long Minami Bisan-Seto Bridge).

瀬戸大橋は、全長13.1kmにわたる橋梁群です。塩飽（しわく）諸島の5つの島を経由して本州（岡山）と四国（香川）を結んでいます。上部を自動車道、下部を鉄道が通る2層構造の橋で、上の写真は最長スパン1,100mの区間です。この地点の道路は海面から93mの高さにあります。
The Great Seto Bridge (Seto Ohashi Bridge) is a 13.1-kilometer-long series of bridges crossing five of the Shiwaku Islands in the Seto Inland Sea and linking Honshu (Okayama) with Shikoku (Kagawa). It is a double-deck bridge, with cars traveling on the upper level and trains on the lower level. The longest span, measuring 1,100 meters, is pictured above, and the roadway here stands 93 meters above the sea.

大歩危峡　Oboke Gorge

Tokushima ramen (mouthwatering good)

大歩危の「にし利」で食べた徳島ラーメン。めちゃくちゃ美味しくて、スープまで全部飲み干してしまいました。卵も最高でした。　Tokushima ramen at Nishiri in Oboke. It was so good that I ended up drinking every last drop of the soup. The egg was incredible too.

Tokushima ramen is one of Tokushima’s most famous local specialties. In Oboke, there is a Tokushima ramen shop called Nishiri, where I tried Tokushima ramen for the first time. I enjoyed it so much that I ended up drinking every last drop of the soup.
Tokushima ramen usually comes with a raw egg, but this shop used a boiled egg instead. I have no idea how they prepared it, but that egg was unbelievably good. The other toppings were sliced pork, green onions, bean sprouts, and menma (fermented bamboo shoots). The rich soup is made from pork bone broth seasoned with dark soy sauce and tamari soy sauce.
I would definitely stop here again.
徳島ラーメンは徳島のご当地グルメとして有名です。大歩危には「にし利」という徳島ラーメンのお店があり、そこで初めて徳島ラーメンを食べました。あまりのおいしさに、スープまで飲み干してしまいました。
徳島ラーメンには通常、生卵が入っていますが、この店ではゆで卵が使われていました。どうやって調理したのかわかりませんが、その卵が驚くほど美味しかったです。他のトッピングはチャーシュー、ネギ、もやし、メンマ。スープは豚骨ベースに濃口醤油やたまり醤油を合わせた濃厚な味わいです。
またぜひ立ち寄りたいお店です。

こいのぼりが泳ぐ時期で、川の上にはたくさんのこいのぼりが飾られていました。約100匹あるそうです。 It was a great time to visit, as carp streamers were swimming above the river. There are said to be about 100 of them.

道の駅大歩危「ラピス大歩危」　Roadside Station Oboke (Lapis Oboke)

道の駅大歩危は大歩危峡観光遊覧船から550mです。Roadside Station Oboke is 550 meters up the road from Oboke Gorge Sightseeing Boat

妖怪屋敷と石の博物館の入口 TheYokai House and Stone Museum Entrance

道の駅大歩危に色んな妖怪が展示されています。妖怪屋敷と石の博物館もありますが、私は入場しませんでした。
There are various yokai monsters on display at Roadside Station Oboke. There is also a Yokai House and Stone Museum, but I didn't go in.

イノシカバーガー　Inoshika Burger (mixed wild boar and deer meat)

帰りに再び道の駅大歩危に立ち寄り、少し早めの夕食を食べました。Cafe & ジビエで「いのシカバーガー」を食べてみたのですが、これがとても美味しかったです。野菜がたっぷり入っていただけでなく、とても新鮮でした。サルサソースも絶品でした。食事と景色を楽しんでいる間、ウグイスがずっと鳴き続けていました。I stopped at Roadside On the way back, I stopped at Roadside Station Oboke again for an early dinner and tried the “Inoshika Burger” at Cafe & Jibie. The burger was excellent. Not only was it packed with vegetables, but they also tasted incredibly fresh. The salsa was delicious as well. While I was enjoying the food and scenery, Japanese bush warblers sang nonstop in the background.
