I was really happy with the Maxxis Advantage Kevlar 60a Mountain Bike Tire (￥4,068) that I put on my bike last week. However, today's ride will mainly be on asphalt, so I want to try out the Schwalbe Land Cruiser MTB Tire (￥1,968) which I bought at the same time as the Maxxis. It's a hybrid tire and and relatively cheap at (￥1,968). Both tires had good customer reviews at Wiggle

先週付けたMaxxis Advantage Kevlar 60a Folding Mountain Bike Tire(￥4,068)に満足です。しかし、今日は主にアスファルト道路だから、Maxxisと同時に買ったSchwalbe Land Cruiser MTB Tireを使ってみたいです。ハイブリッド・タイヤだし、￥1,968で安いと思います。Wiggleで両タイヤのカストマーレビューはよかったです。

確かにこのタイヤは静かだし、スピードもよいと思います。This tire certainly is quiet and the speed is good too.

大内峠

与謝野町男山(与謝の海病院の辺）から大宮方面の53号線を走って、ずっと登り道ですが写真にある角で左を曲がって、大内線に入る。一字観公園までロードサイクリングにとってすごくいい道だし、ほとんど車が通りません。天橋立の眺めも素晴らしいです。
From Otokoyama, Yozano Town ( near Yozanoumi Hospital ) take route 53 towards Omiya. It's uphill all the way until you turn left at the corner seen in the photo below and enter the Ouchi Pass road. This is a really nice road until Ichijikan Park for road cycling and there are almost no cars on it. The views of Amanohashidate are also fantastic.

曇っているのであまりいい写真取れないけれども、ちょっと寒い日だからサイクリングにとって完璧です。It's a cloudy day so I can't take very good photos. However, it's a little cool so it's perfect for cycling.
