綾部MTBトレッキング(8人) Ayabe MTB Trekking (8 Guys)
ARAさんがプロデュースした「MTBトレッキングin綾部」に参加しました。今回のトレイルが京都北部のベストかな。

 あそこの山を上ります We'll go up that mountain over there |  茅葺の家があります There is a thatched roof house |
 まず、林道で山を上ります |  First, we climb up the mountain by forest road |
展望所 Lookout
 いいねこれ！ This is the way to do it |  林道から頂上まで押したり、担いだりします。かなりきつい！ふくらはぎが痛い！！！ We push and carry our bikes from the forest road to the summit. It's really steep. My calves are burning something wicked. |
