秋の阿蘇海 Aso-Kai Lagoon in Autumn
最近、週に二回ぐらい朝に阿蘇海を一周しています。秋の青空で最高です。私の家からちょうど20㎞の気持ちがいいライドです。先週と今週は一つの場所で毎回必ず魚釣りをしている人が多かったです。あっという間に通りますがそのうちに必ず誰かが魚を釣りました。何を釣っているでしょうか。知りたいです。
Recently I ride around Aso-Kai Lagoon twice a week in the morning. It's a really nice ride with a blue autumn sky. From my house, it's exactly 20 km and is a pleasant ride. This week and last week, when I rode past one spot in particular, there were a lot of people fishing every time. Even though I ride past in a flash, I always saw someone pulling in a fish. I wonder what they are catching. I want to know.

 何の魚かな！何の魚かな！知りたい！与謝の海病院でuターンをして戻ります。I wonder what kind of fish they were. I want to know. So I do a u-turn at Yoza-no-Umi Hospital and head back the way I came. |  お帰りなさい！鴨がシベリアかどこかから帰ってきています。 Welcome back. The ducks have started coming back from Siberia or somewhere. |
何回も言いましたが宮津が大好きです。MTBパラダイスです。家を出てすぐ山のトレールが沢山ありますがこういう素晴らしい平地コースもあります。最高!!! I've said it many times before, but I love Miyazu. It's MTB paradise. There are many mountain trails at my doorstep, but it also has this fantastic flat course. Hard to beat.

I'm going to ask them what they are. |  サヨリ（細魚）です。サヨリが高級魚だと言われています。食べたことがありません。どんな味でしょうか。身があまりなさそうですが。It's called 'sayori' in Japanese. Or 'halfbeak' in English according to my dictionary. It reminds me of 'piper' in NZ. It's said to be a high grade fish. Wonder what it tastes like. Doesn't seem to have much meat on it. |

 帰りの途中には風が強くなりました。天橋立でよく見える現象がありました。阿蘇海側に風が強くて海面が荒れていました。宮津湾側に風がなくて、海面が穏やかでした。水曜日にはこの逆でした。松並木がウインドブレーカーですね。 |  On the way back the wind picked up. A phenomenon that often occurs at Amanohashidate occurred. The wind was strong on the Aso-Kai Lagoon side and the surface was rough. However, The there was no wind on the Miyazu Bay side and the sea was flat calm. On Wednesday the opposite of this took place. The pine trees act as a wind-breaker. |
