成相山紅葉ライド Mt. Nariai Autumn Ride
今日は京都市で紅葉ライドをする予定でしたが、行きたかった場所の紅葉は平年より一週間ほど早かったと聞きました。だから、多分もう遅すぎます。京都市ではなく、成相山に行くことにしました。毎秋に丹後縦貫林道の紅葉ライドをしています。今年はいつもよりちょっと遅く行きました。山の高い所の葉っぱがもうだいぶ落ちていましたが山の低い所がいつもより綺麗でした。よかったです。
I was planning to go for a ride in Kyoto City today to see the autumn leaves, but I heard that autumn leaves around the place that I wanted to visit were about a week earlier than an average year. So they are probably finished. I decided to go to Mt, Nariai instead. Every autumn I go for a ride along the Tango Jukan Mountain Road to enjoy the autumn leaves. This year I went later in the autumn than usual. A large percent of the leaves had already fallen high up the mountains, but leaves lower down were beautiful. It was good timing to see them.

 伊根町の向こうに福井県と越前岬が見えます。 Ine Town and in the far distance you can see Fukui Prefecture & Cape Echizen |  越前岬。成相山から直線距離で約70kmだと思います。 Cape Echizen. I think it's about 70km from Mt. Nariai as the crow flies. |
福井県の海岸が見えますが、写真の真ん中に白いものが見えます。あれは雪でしょう。白山でしょう。標高2702mの白山でしょう。ここから見えると聞いたことがあります。ここから直線距離で155kmだと思います。 You can see the Fukui Prefecture coastline, but in the middle of the photo you can see something whitish. I think it's snow. Maybe the 2702 meter high Mt. Haku. I've heard that you can see it from here. I think it's about 155 km away as the crow flies.
素晴らしい展望です What a fabulous view
ここからの紅葉が綺麗ですが、葉っぱがもう落ちました。しかし、見事な眺めだから気がつきませんでした。 The autumn leaves here are beautiful, but they have already fallen. But I didn't notice because of the spectacular view.

帰りは久しぶりにどんどんやに行って、２番目の昼食をたべました。 On the way home, I went to Dondon-ya for my second lunch.
